Shipping Policy
We know you want your order fast. Voltstrap is committed to processing, packing, and shipping your order as quickly as possible - with full transparency every step of the way.
1. Shipping Destinations
- We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii
- We ship to U.S. territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands (extended delivery timelines may apply)
- We do not currently offer international shipping. Please check back - global shipping is on our roadmap
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation
- During major sales events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), processing may take up to 3 business days. We'll notify you by email if your order is impacted
Note: Processing time is not the same as transit/delivery time.
3. Shipping Options & Delivery Timelines
- The following shipping options are available at checkout (estimated transit times from date of dispatch):
- Standard Shipping (Free on orders $25+): 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping ($5.99): 3–5 business days
- Express / Priority Shipping ($12.99): 1–3 business days
- Orders under $25: Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $3.99
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather disruptions, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons.
4. Free Shipping Threshold
Enjoy free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $25.00 or more. The free shipping discount is applied automatically at checkout once your cart meets the minimum order value. Free shipping applies to standard delivery only.
5. Shipping Carriers
Voltstrap ships via trusted U.S. carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. The carrier assigned to your order is determined at the time of fulfillment based on the fastest and most reliable route to your address.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also track your order at any time via Voltstrap Tracking page using your Order Number and email address.
7. Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@voltstrap.com with your Order Number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and provide you with a resolution - whether that's a re-shipment or a full refund - within 5 business days of the investigation outcome.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package, please take the following steps first:
- Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbours or building management
- Allow 24 hours after the delivery update, as carriers sometimes scan packages before completing final delivery
If your package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@voltstrap.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or a full refund.
Note: Voltstrap is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend filing a police report in such cases and checking if your homeowner's or renter's insurance covers package theft.
9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Voltstrap is not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If you realize your address is wrong immediately after placing an order, contact us right away at support@voltstrap.com — we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
