Refund & Return Policy

At Voltstrap, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right with your purchase, we want to make it right - quickly, fairly, and without the runaround. Please review our Refund & Return Policy below to understand your options. 

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. We recommend inspecting your order promptly upon arrival. 

2. Return Eligibility 

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all included accessories and documentation
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided 

The following items are non-returnable: 

  • Opened screen protectors (once the protective film is removed or installation attempted)
  • Items showing signs of use, physical damage caused after delivery, or modification
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards 

3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items 

If you received a product that is defective, was damaged during shipping, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@voltstrap.com. Attach clear photos of the item and packaging. In such cases, Voltstrap will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a full refund or a free replacement at your preference. 

4. How to Initiate a Return 

  • Step 1: Email support@voltstrap.com with your Order Number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for the return
  • Step 2: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund or replacement within 5 business days 

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. 

5. Refunds 

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.)
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
  • Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error 

6. Exchanges 

We offer exchanges for items of equal value where a different size, color, or compatible model is needed. To request an exchange, follow the return initiation steps above and indicate your preferred replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability. 

7. Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the item has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email support@voltstrap.com immediately with your Order Number in the subject line. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned upon delivery.
