6. Failed or Declined Transactions
- If your payment is declined, no charge will be applied to your account. Common reasons for declines include: insufficient funds, incorrect billing address, or card issuer security holds

- For unresolved transaction issues, contact us at support@voltstrap.com with your transaction reference details
7. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer:

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Voltstrap may result in suspension of your account. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks where fulfillment of the order can be verified through tracking, delivery confirmation, and order records.
8. Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL)
Where BNPL options are offered at checkout, they are facilitated entirely by third-party providers (Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, etc.). Voltstrap does not determine interest rates, repayment schedules, or fees associated with BNPL plans. Please review the terms of your selected BNPL provider before completing your purchase.

- Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated
- Promotional discounts may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly communicated
- Voltstrap reserves the right to cancel orders where promotional codes are used fraudulently or outside the stated terms
